Mission

After 15 years of starting, selling, designing, and building businesses of my own and those of others, my mission is to change the world by changing the lives of women through the businesses they create. It's a big mission. But something big is happening in the world. I feel it. And many others feel it too.

Something interesting is happening in the global story of women ... across cultures, generations and many different sectors of life, women and girls are emerging as important architects of change, as innovators offering new approaches to everything from financial systems to food security, and as leaders forging new directions for their communities and countries.

The thread of this story runs through collapsed nations, where women are essential to bringing peace, to low-income nations, where data shows that investing in women (and girls) bears fruit. Then there are the emerging economies, where the education of women often makes a critical, competitive difference. And the “developed” nations—or the “Old West”—where powerful women are writing new rules for finance, business, art, politics...

I want to help write new rules for how women do business and family in a way that creates abundance in their lives. I lived for 4 years in Bali, Indonesia. There I saw the transformative power of entrepreneurship for women from all walks of life. I intend to use my brand-building expertise to bring value to women's enterprises around the world and to link the creative talents of women in developing nations with the product design expertise of entrepreneurial women in developed markets.
